A head-on collision leaves two couples stranded in the desert with no other choice than to hitch a ride in a monstrously suspicious RV. The motorhome is inhabited by a sadistic father, his twisted son and siamese twin sisters who pole dance in the middle of the high speed vehicle. The motorhome's toilet grinds people into fuel and the family's freakish mother lives inside the shower. The passengers quickly discover that despite how grotesque and murderous the family is, the actual Vampire is the RV itself.
